5-2 In the event that the customer wants to change the product and you agree to the terms of the exchange, any difference in your favor will be calculated as a balance registered with us, you can use it later in the application and the website, but if it is in our favor, you have to pay the extra difference, and the delivery cost for sure.

5-3 The customer has the right to replace the product or refund the amount only in the event of an error on our part, such as sending a wrong product to the customer or a product that has a clear defect or manufacturing defect.
